Buddy's professional journey is marked by significant accomplishments, including founding and managing a company specializing in property and association management, property maintenance, and HVAC services. Under his leadership, this company has flourished, employing over 40 dedicated professionals and successfully acquiring four businesses in the past five years. Waterford represents his fifth acquisition, reflecting his passion for building customer-focused and resilient operations.



Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA, Buddy's strategic approach to business is underpinned by robust financial acumen and a drive for innovation. His vision for Waterford includes diving into day-to-day operations, closely collaborating with the team to enhance service offerings while maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect.

Outside the office, Buddy is a devoted family man, an avid traveler, golfer, and fisherman, reflecting his belief in the importance of community and the value of the spaces Waterford manages.
